When will my order be shipped?
Bears Corner strives to ship all merchandise within one week of receiving your order.  However, it may take longer for items to be processed and shipped during the holiday season.  Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as we receive them. 

Do you ship all items together?
Whenever possible, Bears Corner will ship your entire order at one time.  If an item is out of stock, we will ship the in stock portion of your order first.  As items become available, we will ship them to you at no extra charge. We ship items using USPS.

What if my merchandise was damaged in transit?
If your purchase was damaged in transit, please report the damage to USPS within 2 days of receiving the package.  Please do not return the damaged merchandise to Bears Corner.  We cannot make damaged transit claims.  Receivers are required to make the claims.  *This offer does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.
